Welcome to Hostivař!

The Golf Hostivař area in the southwestern part of Prague
is one of the largest and most well equipped golf areas in Prague.

We enjoy golf and we want you to enjoy golf as well,
from the moment you hit your very first ball on the driving range.

We offer you excellently groomed game and training areas,
professional services and perfect facilities.

Allow us to now to give you a short introduction to the entire sporting facility.

When you initially come to Hostivař you will first pass the two-storey outdoor driving range building. Here, and on the adjacent putting and chipping greens, you can practice long drives and your short game from morning until evening. The entire driving range is equipped with lighting and the driving boxes are heated during colder weather. The actual practice meadow simulates with its profile, a real golf hole so a beginner easily gains a grasp of how often his hit would fly straight on a course and how often they would have to look for their ball in the surrounding forest. For more exact training of estimating distances, the meadow is equipped with five orientation greens.

However, the main center of the entire area remains hidden to passer-bys. This is an imposing two-story clubhouse, which can be seen only after going down a slight hill to the lower parking lot. This is the center of all golf affairs and contains a restaurant, an indoor center, a conference room and sporting facilities. This is also the way to the golf course.

From the main reception area, which you enter through the middle entrance, you can go three different ways. Directly straight you approach the local golf course and the first tee box. Left, you enter the indoor hall and on the right is an entrance to the restaurant. There is also a fourth section, up the stairs to the upper floor, where the golf club is located. We’ll now take you through all the areas in more detail, in the order they were mentioned.

The 9-hole Hostivař course, with a total par of 70, in reality has 12 holes. In order to add variety to the game the first three holes have a developed alternative B route. This means you can decide if you are going to play the lower route or the ridge tour with a view of the surroundings. All 12 holes are normalized and for variants A or B there are two different score cards at the reception.

The golf course is complimented with a golf academy chip & putt with nine three-par holes in length from 40 to 90 meters. It is designed for golf beginners who will first become acquainted with play in the terrain here, or for advanced players who want to perfect their short game.

The indoor center, for the mild climatic conditions in our country that we often frown upon, offers something that every rained on player envies when leaving the course. Golf in the warm and dry. Players have at their disposal a two-storey driving range and putting green. The main attractions however, are the three first-class golf 3D simulators About golf, on which at least virtually, you can play courses from around the world. In the basement there are lockers for players and for frequent guests also storage boxes for golf bags.

Although in our golf recital we had to leave out the local restaurant until last, in reality it is one of the flagships of the Hostivař area. Adjacent to the restaurant and the indoor hall you will also find a separate kid’s corner.

Golf Hostivař is above all a training facility. Ten professional trainers will aid you with your golf game and the area also organizes a number of golf courses. At Hostivař there is always something going on. Come and convince yourself.
